Gaza Crisis Urgent Appeal

Since 7 October 2023, the conflict between Palestine and Israel has already claimed over 200,000 lives. Over 65,000 civilians were killed in the bombings, among them, 20,000 were innocent children. While countless children and women are escaping bombings, in the past few months, aid blockade worsened the hunger crisis in Gaza, threatening the survival of countless families, the United Nations officially declared a "Famine" in Gaza on 22 August 2025. Currently, nearly 1 in 4 people in Gaza—approximately 514,000 residents—are now experiencing extreme hunger. Among them, approximately 320,000 children are suffering from severe malnutrition. The situation is dire, as the famine is projected to spread further south in the coming weeks, leading to increased deaths and widespread malnutrition.

Since the outbreak of crisis, our emergency relief efforts in Gaza have benefited over 590,000 people. Details as below:

• Specifically, we provided 446,900 individuals with food, including hot meals and food baskets (containing rice, pasta, flour, tuna, cheese etc.); and provided clean water to 70,700 people.
• Provided 28,700 individuals with dignity hygiene kit (including soaps, sanitary products, toothpaste, towel, hairbrush, hand sanitiser, flashlight and whistle)
• Provided recreational and trauma care activities for 9,800 girls and adolescents, etc

Plan International also urge authorities to implement an immediate, permanent ceasefire and fully open humanitarian corridors to ensure unimpeded aid access

• Donate HK$1,500：Provide 1-week food basket, 1 safe water kit (including water purifying tablets, Oral Rehydration Salt, buckets and cups) and 1 dignity hygiene kit (including soaps, sanitary products, toothpaste, towel, hairbrush, hand sanitiser, flashlight and whistle) for 1 household


• Donate HK$3,000：Provide 1-week food basket, 2 safe water kits (including water purifying tablets, Oral Rehydration Salt, buckets and cups) and 2 dignity hygiene kits (including soaps, sanitary products, toothpaste, towel, hairbrush, hand sanitiser, flashlight and whistle) for 2 households


• Donate HK$5,000：Provide 1-week food basket and 5 safe water kits (including water purifying tablets, Oral Rehydration Salt, buckets and cups) for 5 households
